Let the (Nerf) battle begin at Schaumburg Park District
Grab your favorite Nerf accessories and head to Schaumburg Park District!
Nerf Battle Royale is set for noon to 2 p.m., Jan. 15 at Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way. Children ages 9 to 12 are invited to spend the afternoon competing in Nerf battle games.
Teams will be divided throughout the day and players must bring their own Nerf accessories. Safety glasses will be provided.
"Nerf is really popular right now and this is a great way for children to meet other Nerf fans," said Derek Radek, athletic supervisor. "It's a fun day of structured playtime."
Registration is required. Cost is $15 for residents and $20 for non-residents.
