Hampshire-Henpeck HCE to meet Jan. 16

The Hampshire-Henpeck Unit of Home and Community Education will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, at Heartland Bank, Route 72 and Warner in Hampshire. Hostesses for the January meeting are Peggy Gross and Claudia Lake.

The "Know and Grow" forms are due. They also are collecting valentine cards and valentine heart conversation candies. During the meeting, they will go over the dates for the upcoming "Lessons for Living." The first "Lesson for Living" topic will be "Food and Drug Interaction." It will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at the University of Illinois Extension office, 535 S. Randall Road in St. Charles. All are invited to attend.

The unit wishes to extend a big thank you to the Hampshire-Henpeck HCE officers and directors for making the 2017 year a success.

They are looking forward to an exciting 2018 year. Your input and suggestions are very important in making the 2018 year a rewarding endeavor for all.
