COD ensembles prepare December concerts

The College of DuPage's music program will present several concerts this month at the McAninch Arts Center in Glen Ellyn.

Performances will feature the school's Chamber Orchestra, Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Guitar Ensemble, Small Group Jazz and the Percussion Ensemble.

The Small Group Jazz, under Director Tom Tallman, performs at noon Tuesday and Thursday, Dec. 5 and 7, in the MAC's Playhouse Theatre, 425 Fawell Blvd. Admission is free.

The Chamber Orchestra, under Director Alison Gaines, performs at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, in the MAC's Belushi Performance Hall. Tickets are $6.

The Percussion Ensemble, under Director Ben Wahlund, performs at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, in the MAC's Belushi Performance Hall. Tickets are $6.

The Guitar Ensemble, under Director Steve Ramsdell, performs at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, in the MAC's Playhouse Theatre. Admission is free.

The Concert Choir and Chamber Singers, under Director Lee R. Kesselman, perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, in the MAC's Belushi Performance Hall. Tickets are $6.
