Holiday Art Guild 2017
Artists representing the Des Plaines Art Guild and Park Ridge Art League will have their works of art displayed at the Des Plaines History Center, 781 Pearson Street, during the months of November and December.
On Thursday, December 14th the public may have an opportunity to meet the artists at two special events. Between 1:30-2:30 pm, the artists will talk about their paintings and techniques at the History Center Coffee Talk. Later in the day, from 6:00-8:00 pm, there will be an Open House and Reception where the public can view the exhibit, meet the artists and purchase holiday gifts of artwork and small items such as note cards. The original framed artwork will be on display and for sale until early January.
Members of the DPAG and PRAL who will be participating in Art Guild 2017 include Fran Dunne, John Mefferd, Mary Olson, Kathy Passi, Liz Pawlik, Rhonda Popko, Bonnie Reese, Linda Roxe, Thelma Cornell Spain and Elaine Tejcek.
