Play golf year-round with men's indoor golf leagues

Don't let the chilly weather keep you from perfecting your golf swing this fall and winter. Men's indoor golf leagues are now open for registration at Schaumburg Golf Club.

Nine holes will be played with tee times set for 6 p.m. at Schaumburg Golf Club, 401 N. Roselle Road. Fall leagues will take place Monday and Tuesday nights Nov. 13 to Dec. 19 and winter leagues will take place Monday and Tuesday nights Jan. 8 to March 13.

"It's nice to offer our golfers indoor leagues throughout the colder seasons when playing outdoors is not an option," said Jonathan Parsons, general manager of golf operations. "The indoor golf simulators allow players to improve their golf game regardless of the season."

Points will be issued for each weekly event and a gift certificate payout will be awarded to the top point winners at the final event of each season.

Registration is open to the first 12 players who register in each league. No lottery will take place. Cost for fall leagues is $150 per player and winter leagues is $250 per player. Cost is due at the time of registration. There are no refunds for no-shows.
