COD Community College Initiative Program Participants Cook, Learn Together

Students attending College of DuPage through the Community College Initiative program learn to cook a variety of dishes during a recent culinary activity in the Wheat Café kitchen on the College's Glen Ellyn campus. Guided by Coordinator and Professor of Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts Chris Thielman, the group of 16 students prepared from scratch a range of selections, including chicken pot pies, spaghetti and meatballs, taco salad, guacamole, and apple pie.
