College of DuPage Celebrates Global Education Week Nov. 13 to 16

College of DuPage will celebrate Global Education Week with a series of events from Monday to Thursday, Nov. 13 to 16, on the College's Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

Sponsored by the College's Field and Experiential Learning, Study Abroad and Global Education program, Student Life, Living Leadership Program, Student Leadership Council, Connexion FranÒ«aise and Middle East, European Studies and Latin American Studies committees, all events are free and open to the public.

The schedule includes the following:

Voice of COD Poetry Slam, noon, Monday, Nov. 13, Student Services Center Atrium

"Shedding Light on theDark Net: Cybersecruity," 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, Student Services Center, Room 2201

Global Education Fair and Photo Contest, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, Student Services Center Atrium

"America's National Parks, A Guided Tour," noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, Student Services Center, Room 2201

Oxfam Hunger Banquet, 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, Student Services Center, Room 3245 (RSVP required)
