Hospice and Palliative Care Options

Hospice and Palliative Care Options is a Wellness Ministry program sponsored by Ivanhoe Congregational Church, United Church of Christ. It will be held on Monday, October 23, at 7 pm at the church located at 21078 W. Route 176 in Mundelein. Please enter the church through the back door for easiest access to the Fellowship Hall.

Join Advocate at Home for a presentation on the benefits of palliative care and hospice.

The discussion will address the kind of care desired by you or a loved one when faced with a chronic illness.

Both services, palliative care and hospice, provide medical expertise and extra layers of support as a disease progresses. Find out what palliative care and hospice are all about and when is the right time to start talking to your doctor about them.

Ivanhoe Congregational Church is the oldest organized church in Lake County established in 1838. For additional information, call 847-566-5204 or visit www.ivanhoechurch.org.
