Linda Kost and Dave Schmidt from Realty Metrix Commercial have completed the sale of Algonquin Town Center located at 1320-1440 E. Algonquin Road in Algonquin.
Kost & Schmidt represented the seller, Nickels Quarters LLC, and Millennium Properties represented the buyer, RMS Properties, in this transaction.
The property is a 103,266 square-foot multi tenant strip center built in 1988 and it is situated on 11 acres. Chase Bank, Dollar Tree, Goodwill Industries and the U.S. Post Office currently anchor the property.
