Waubonsee Community College Foundation board welcomes 3 new members

At its Sept. 12 meeting, the Waubonsee Community College Foundation welcomed Patrick Kinnally of Sugar Grove; Nick Ninedorf of Geneva; and Lynn Dubajic of Yorkville to its board of directors.

Kinnally is a partner and attorney with Kinnally Flaherty Krentz Loran Hodge & Masur, P.C. in Aurora. He graduated from Loyola University and received his juris doctorate from John Marshall Law School in 1980. He obtained admission to the Bar in the State of Illinois, the State of Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Illinois, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals all in 1980 and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1985. He has been in private practice since 1982.

Ninedorf is a financial advisor with the Batavia office of Edward Jones Investments. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in economics and joined Edward Jones in 2010. He is very involved in the community as the current board president of the Batavia Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the TriCity Health Partnership. He is a member and past president of the Geneva Lions Club and co-created the Geneva Lions Club's "Breakfast with Santa."

Dubajic is the principal at DLK, LLC Business and Economic Development in Yorkville. She held the position of executive director of the Yorkville Economic Development Corporation from its creation in August 2000 through December 2015. She continued in the role of Economic Development Coordinator for the United City of Yorkville as a consultant. She serves on the boards of SomerCor504 Inc. and the Fox Valley Family YMCA. She also serves as a board member and treasurer of Push for the Path. She is well known in the community for business development and spearheaded the development of several projects including Kendall Marketplace; a Rush-Copley Healthcare Campus in Kendall County; the Wrigley Manufacturing Company, LLC plant in Yorkville and Raging Waves Water Park.

The Waubonsee Community College Foundation is a nonprofit organization that seeks to obtain funding for scholarships, educational opportunities and services to students and residents of Waubonsee's district.
