Township of Schaumburg's 2017 Wellness Day Draws Hundreds

Schaumburg Township

The Township of Schaumburg hosted hundreds of residents and over 30 vendors at its 2017 Community Wellness Day. Locals gathered at the Township building for free health screenings, vaccinations and community information.

Some of the popular stops at the fair were for bone density screenings, senior fit testing, hearing and memory screenings and A1C testing. The Township also hosted therapy dogs and a working chair lift. Raffle prizes were awarded to over 10 lucky residents.

Township Clerk, Timothy M. Heneghan, the Board of Trustees and Northwest Community Healthcare would like to thank our sponsors, vendors and residents for a wonderful day learning about wellness.
