Join Creation Truth Conference Sept. 23 at Trinity University

The public is invited to attend the Creation Truth Conference, sponsored by Midwest Creation Fellowship, Quad-City Creation Science Association, and Creation Summit. It will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at A.T. Olson Chapel on the campus of Trinity International University in Deerfield.

Speakers include Dr. John Sanford, geneticist and inventor of the Gene Gun and author of "Genetic Entropy and the Mystery of the Genome," Dr. Steve Austin, a sedimentary field research geologist recently featured in the film, "Is Genesis History?," Helmut Welke, David Lovi, and others.

Cost for the conference is $20 if paid by Thursday, Sept. 21, or $30 if paid after that date. The student/youth fee is just $2.

Register at the door or online at the events page of the midwestcreationfellowship.org website.

Although the conference closes at 4 p.m., the public is invited to a free showing of the movie "Is Genesis History" at 6:30 p.m. It played to sell-out crowds in movie theaters last winter.

Dr. Steve Austin and Mr. Thomas Purifoy, the writer and director, will be on hand to field questions.

The movie is provided at no cost by Thomas Purifoy.
