Glenbard Parent Series to present the Myths of Marijuana
The Glenbard Parent Series: (GPS) Navigating Healthy Families will present the Myths of Marijuana with Kevin Sabet at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, at the Marquardt School District 15 Administration Center, 1860 Glen Ellyn Road in Glendale Heights.
Sabet has researched and implemented drug policy for more than 20 years and has been a consultant to three U.S. presidential administrations. On Sept. 28, he will discuss the facts and myths of marijuana, costs of legalization and lessons learned from other parts of the country. Come learn about the impact of the growing legalization of marijuana and pending legislation around recreational marijuana in our state.
