Conquer the competition at Meineke Park Challenge Course Combine

Spend Columbus Day racing through the obstacles at Schaumburg Park District's new Challenge Course.

The Meineke Park Challenge Course Combine is set for 2 p.m., Oct. 9, at Meineke Park, 220 E. Weathersfield Way. Participants will have the chance to test their speed, agility and balance against fellow competitors, striving to get their best time to reach final rounds.

"This isa great way to expose children in the community to everything the new Challenge Course has to offer," said Derek Radek, athletics supervisor.

Awards will be given to the top finalists in each age group. Age divisions include:

• 7th-8th Grade

• 9th-10th Grade

• 11th-12th Grade

Cost is $5 for residents and $8 for non-residents. Registration is required.
