Skin cancer is easily cured if diagnosed, treated early

Centegra Health System will offer a free skin cancer screening from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Centegra Sage Cancer Center, 4305 Medical Center Drive on the Centegra Hospital-McHenry campus.

Space is limited and registration is required. Register by calling (877) CENTEGRA (236-8347).

Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States, affecting more than two million Americans each year. The good news is that skin cancer is the easiest to cure if it is diagnosed and treated early.
