Bob Enloe Named Vice President of Wellness for Pathway to Living
Pathway to Living, a premier owner, operator, manager and developer of residential independent, supportive living, assisted living and memory care communities in the Midwest, welcomes Bob Enloe as Vice President of Wellness.
A longtime senior living professional, Enloe shares Pathway to Living's mission to change the way society thinks about aging and is helping to do just that in his new role. Enloe oversees the integration of total wellness-mind, body and spirit-into all aspects of operations, including policies and procedures, compliance, Pathway's signature VIVA! lifestyle and programming, and the delivery of assisted living and memory care services to enhance the quality of life for all Pathway residents and their family members.

VIVA! is about enhancing the lives of the residents and families that we have the pleasure of serving and speaks to my life's passion," said Enloe, who has more than 30 years of experience in the medical industry and more than 15 years' experience in assisted living and memory care.
Prior to joining Pathway, Enloe served as Vice President of Health and Wellness for the LaSalle Group, owners and operator of more than 40 memory care assisted living communities nationwide, and before that he worked in consulting, training and helped to develop assisted living management software. He has degrees in nursing, education and healthcare administration, and is an Argentum clinical memory care round table member.
