Join a College of Lake County music ensemble this fall!

Community members who enjoy performing with others and love music are invited to join a College of Lake County choral or instrumental ensemble. Fall Semester classes start Aug. 21, and groups that are open by audition have scheduled auditions for the first two weeks of classes. Musicians can choose from five instrumental ensembles or four choirs and can either earn college credit or enroll as a noncredit (personal enrichment) student.

Auditions for selective ensembles including CLC Singers, Chamber Singers, Wind Ensemble and Monday Night Jazz Ensemble will be held during the first two week of classes. For information, contact the Communication Arts, Humanities and Fine Arts division at (847) 543-2040. Concert information is available at www.clcillinois.edu/tickets.

Registration information: credit MUS 120-003; noncredit CMSC 3. For information, email imikolajczyk@clcillinois.edu.

Gospel Choir: With dynamic soloists sharing their talents, the Gospel Choir performs traditional and contemporary gospel music as well as spirituals.
