Hampshire-Henpeck HCE honors Peggy Gross for 60 years of service

This month, Hampshire-Henpeck Unit of Home and Community Education will not have a July meeting. The monthly meetings will return in August.

Unit members wish to thank Cultural Enrichment Director Jan Ihssen for coordinating the June 20 luncheon at Porter's Pub in Elgin. It was an excellent lunch with discussion on upcoming programs and events.

Peggy Gross was honored with a certificate of appreciation for her 60 years of service to Kane County Association for Home and Community Education at the June 20 luncheon.

Hampshire-Henpeck HCE are members of Kane County Association for Home and Community Education. Its mission is to enhance the lives of individuals and families through quality, educational programs and experiences, encouraging responsible leadership and service to the community.

If you have any questions, consider attending one of the meetings. Visitors and new members are always welcome.
