Garvey's Office Products Recycles for Clearbrook

Garvey's Office Products is proud to announce its 3rd quarter Recycle for a Reason recipient as Clearbrook. From July 1 - September 30, 2017, any used toners, old electronics and flattened cardboard donated by Garvey's Office Products' customers or collected from our local community will be recycled into monetary value. 100 percent of the value collected will then be donated directly to Clearbrook.

Clearbrook is a local Chicago organization that supports over 8,000 individuals and their families annually. The organization serves people over a range of ages and disabilities -including autism, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy- as well as their respective families and caregivers. Its mission is to create innovative opportunities for both children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

"We are thrilled to have Clearbrook as our 3rd Quarter recipient for Recycle for a Reason," said Sheila Gartland, owner at Garvey's Office Products. "Garvey's Office Products is fortunate enough to have firsthand experience with Clearbrook by hiring a daytime warehouse worker named Eric. Eric and his Clearbrook aid perform vital warehouse duties every day and bring a positive lift to our entire staff. We cannot encourage our customers enough to reach out to Clearbrook to discuss opportunities you may have at your own offices."

To donate to the program, non-customers of Garvey's Office Products may drop off their recyclables to 7500 N. Caldwell Ave., Niles Monday - Friday between the working hours of 9-5 PM. If the company or individual is a customer of Garvey's Office Products, they may request a complimentary donation pickup with their office supply orders.
