Centegra plans free day of fun at Family Health Fest in Huntley

Centegra Health System will welcome the community to the Centegra Family Health Fest from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 15, at 10350 Haligus Road in Huntley.

The first 400 children younger than age 16 will get a free bike helmet and fitting. Activities will include a rock climbing wall, bungee run, inflatable soccer darts, face painting, a balloon artist, music, games and activities with Centegra services. Every family that attends will receive a drawstring bag and there will be free Kona Ice snow cones.

An open swim session will be hosted at the Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center-Huntley outdoor pool from noon to 2 p.m. Community members are asked to bring their own towels to the open swim session.

Event attendees automatically will be registered to win a $100 Visa gift card.

Parking for the free event will be at Marlowe Middle School, 9625 Haligus Road in Lake in the Hills, and a shuttle will be available to transport attendees to and from the event. If walking or biking to the event, please come directly to the check-in table at the event entrance.
