Long Grove-Kildeer Garden Walk Features All New Gardens and More

As always, the Long Grove-Kildeer Garden Walk is an event to entertain and educate all. This year's gardens have been designed and brought to life by hardworking and enthusiastic gardeners who will be on hand to explain, guide and answer questions. Some of the gardens are showcases for restoration of overgrown, buckthorn infested areas. Others include distnct gardens within the garden. As a special treat, one of the gardens includes a tour of the home, built by a Frank Lloyd Wright associate.

Pre-registration is required by June 14. Contact Angie at 847-478-5140, or angie@aunder.com. Fee is $25/person, which includes lunch. The event starts at 9:00 a.m., Friday June 23 from the Reed-Turner Nature Center, 3849 Old McHenry Rd in Long Grove.
