Schaumburg Township Community Shred Event

Schaumburg Township Clerk Timothy M. Heneghan and Board of Trustees will sponsor a free Community Shred event on Saturday, June 10, 2017, from 9 AM - 12 PM, in the parking lot of the Schaumburg Township building, located at 1 Illinois Blvd. in Hoffman Estates.

This event is open to Schaumburg Township residents only; sorry businesses cannot participate. Proof of residency will be required.

Paper shredding and media destruction will be provided by Vanguard Archives. Paper shredding is limited to four bags or boxes no larger than 1 cubic feet or 15 x 12 x 10 in size. Paperclips, staples and rubber bands do not need to be removed. Media destruction is for items such as hard drives, thumb drives, backup tapes, etc.
