Fight for Air Ride includes stop at Abbey Resort

Join the American Lung Association's Fight for Air Ride on June 9-11.

Cyclists of all levels gather and ride approximately 50 miles per day, for two or three days. Riders travel through scenic rural communities of northern Illinois and the picturesque hills of southern Wisconsin.

Cyclists start their trip at Crystal Lake and ride to The Abbey Resort in Lake Geneva, Wis., where they stay overnight and enjoy fellow teammates, buffet-style meals, spa amenities, and more.

To end the trip, cyclists ride from Lake Geneva back to their cars at Crystal Lake. SAG vehicles, medical volunteers, bike mechanics, luggage transportation, and rest stops are all available throughout the ride.

The fee is $75 per rider; the fundraising minimum for the two-day ride is $600 or $800 for the three-day ride.

Fight For Air Ride participants are responsible for collecting the fundraising minimum associated with the size of their team as of Monday, June 5 (see below for fundraising minimums). Participants have until event check-in (Friday, June 9 or Saturday, June 10) to raise the fundraising minimum, or pay the outstanding amount.
