Get your order in now for annual Great Lobster Fly-in

The lobsters are coming!

Gather your friends and family for the Great Lobster Fly-In, an annual TriCity Family Services' tradition. Celebrate dear old dad, kick off summer and savor a delicious meal with little or no preparation

Additionally, by purchasing all or part of your meal from this event, you are helping to raise funds for affordable, quality mental health programs and services in Central Kane County.

Orders are being accepted now for 1ΒΌ lb. Maine lobsters (fresh or steamed) for $25, 2 lbs. bags of frozen Gulf shrimp for $25, 8 oz. beef filets (courtesy of Josef's Meats) for $18, as well as other delicious accompaniments to complete your meal, including baguettes and ice cream.

The focal point of this event, AJ Looten's 1918 antique steam engine, will be on site for those preferring to have their lobsters precooked.

Orders are due at noon Monday, June 12. Order pickup will be on Saturday, June 17 (Father's Day weekend) between 9-11:30 a.m. in the James Street parking lot at the historic Kane County Courthouse in Geneva.

TriCity Family Services has been Kane County's leading provider of counseling and other mental health services to clients of all ages and all income levels since 1967.

An experienced team of professional therapists provides the residents of central Kane County and other neighboring communities with counseling, Family-Based Treatment for Eating Disorders, emotional wellness workshops and support groups, and employee assistance programs.

They accept most major insurance plans, offer sliding-scale fee adjustments, and do not deny services based on an inability to pay.
