Northern DuPage Relay For Life on June 9

The communities of Bartlett, Bloomingdale, Elk Grove, Glendale Heights, Hanover Park, Itasca, Medinah, Roselle and Streamwood together will take up the fight against cancer.

The Relay For Life of Northern DuPage will take place from 6 p.m. to midnight Friday, June 9, at Lake Park High School East Campus, 600 N. Medinah Road, Roselle.

Relay For Life is a tribute to those who have been lost to cancer, a celebration of those who have survived cancer, and a hope for those who currently face cancer that the fundraising efforts one day will eliminate cancer. The team-based relay event gives friends, families and co-workers the opportunity to raise money for the American Cancer Society to fund cancer research, education and early detection programs, advocacy and local services and support programs for cancer patients and their caregivers.

Whether you start a Relay For Life team, join an existing team or register as a cancer survivor, team mentors will help every step of the way. To register, go to RelayForLife.org/NorthernDuPageIL.
