Twentieth Century Club Hosts Diamonds and Denim Benefit

The Twentieth Century Club and Foundation of Park Ridge held its annual benefit luncheon at the Park Ridge Country Club on April 29, 2017, which was attended by 182 members and guests. The theme was "Diamonds and Denim", and guests dress accordingly, in cowboy hats, denim, and lots of fake diamonds. Tables and programs reflected the country glam theme, and the entertainment was provided by cowboy singer/historian Rick Pickren, who has performed with renowned country singers like Dolly Parton, in films, on stage, and on television.

The event was a fantastic success! The benefit raised over $12,000, which will be divided among three recipients: FISH (a local service that provides rides for medical needs), Center of Concern, and the Twentieth Century Foundation Scholarships, which are awarded to local graduating seniors.
