'Book Madness' comes to Collins second grade

Second grade classrooms at Collins recently participated in the second annual "Book Madness," a fun way to get students excited about reading new books and genres. Each student received a bracket and made predictions about which book they thought would win. Every time a book was read, students filled out a voting slip for their favorite book to see which book would move on to the final round. "Finding Winnie: The True Story of the World's Most Famous Bear" by Lindsay Mattick was chosen as the book of the year!
