Murder mystery dinner theater to benefit Shakespeare on Clark

Come on out for a fundraiser for Shakespeare on Clark at the Centre's summer production of "Love Labour's Lost" on Sunday, April 30.

Part of the ticket price for the interactive murder mystery theater production will benefit summer Shakespeare.

"And the Murder Goes to …," by Debbi Dennison and Carl Zeitler, will be held at Aliano's Ristorante, 90 N. Island Ave. in Batavia. The menu's theme is "A Night at the Oscars." The show begins with a social hour at 5 p.m. The characters will mingle with the audience during this time and you may detect clues that could help you decide who the culprit will be. Cash bar service will be available during this time as well as during meal service. The actual performance will begin at 6 p.m.

The production, directed by Julane Sullivan, features Bill Boggs, Debbi Dennison, Galen Malick, Valerie Meachum, Lynn Meredith, Cheryl Rice, and Carl Zeitler.

The production is $30 per person and includes appetizers, entree, and dessert, as well as the performance. Free parking is available.

Part of the ticket price will be donated to Shakespeare on Clark at the Centre's summer production of "Love's Labour's Lost."

Guests are welcome, though not required, to dress up in the style of the show. Prizes will be available as part of the fun after the show ends.
