Don't miss the celebration of the summer-Solstice Hop & Vine Fest, presented by Schaumburg Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank.

Tickets are now available at parkfun.com/solstice2017 for the annual celebration, set for 6 to 9 p.m., June 17, at Meineke Park, 220 E. Weathersfield Way. Proceeds benefit recreation scholarships and other projects of the Schaumburg Park Foundation.

The fest features live music by the Ken Slauf Band and great food, wine and beer from a variety of choice restaurants, wineries and breweries.

Vendors include host winery Lynfred Winery and California Pizza Kitchen, Chandler's Chophouse, Costco, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Church Street Brewing Company, Granite City Food & Brewery, Leaky Keg Brewing, Meatheads, Moretti's Ristorante & Pizzeria, Noon Whistle Brewing, Pinstripes, Riccardo's Ristorante, Ram Restaurant & Brewery and Village Vintner Winery & Brewery.

Fest admission includes a commemorative wine or beer glass. Package sales are also available on-site, giving attendees a chance to take home their favorite selections.

The event sells out every year, so early purchase is recommended. Tickets are $30. The fest is held rain or shine.

Guests must be 21 and older to attend. A valid ID is required and will be checked at the entrance. Complimentary parking will be available at James B. Conant High School, 700 E. Cougar Trail, Hoffman Estates, with complimentary shuttle service to the fest grounds.

Because of the outdoor event venue, conservative footwear is recommended.
