Recently elected St. Charles officials to take oath of office May 1

May 1 signals the new term for St. Charles officials elected in the April 4 consolidated election. At the May 1 city council meeting, these recently elected officials will be administered the oath of office by the honorable Judge Clint Hull, a St. Charles resident and graduate of St. Charles High School. All are invited to attend to wish them well, and say farewell to the outgoing officials.

The meeting will start at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 2 E. Main St., St. Charles.

The election returned some familiar faces, and brought in a couple of new ones.
