Wasco School PTO to host 17th annual used book sale April 21

Wasco School Parent Teacher Organization

The Wasco School Parent Teacher Organization will sponsor its 17th annual Used Book Sale from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 21, in the school's community room, 4N782 School St., about 5 miles west of Randall Road at Route 64 and Old Lafox Road.

The sale will offer gently used reading materials for the entire family, from infant through adult, as well as CDs, audio books, educational software, VHS and DVD movies, games and more. Items will be priced from 50 cents to $2.

Previous sales have included over 10,000 items, so there will be plenty of bargains for everyone!

The PTO is accepting donations through Wednesday, April 19, during school hours in the front lobby. Please no textbooks, encyclopedias or magazines. Please make sure any donations are school appropriate. No scanners will be allowed into the sale.

Unsold materials are donated to local charities, including the Kane County Waiting Room Project and low income elementary schools. Please help this worthy cause by donating and shopping at the sale.
