A DuPage County grand jury indicted three men on charges alleging they were behind a brutal Lisle home invasion last month.

One of the men, Eric C. Albian, 22, of Darien, is scheduled to appear in court this morning. An arrest warrant was issued following his 11-count felony indictment last week.

Two co-defendants, Mario P. Bruno, 47, of Downers Grove, and Anthony J. Romo, 48, of Darien, are free on bond. They were arrested Oct. 22.

The trio is charged with aggravated unlawful restraint, armed robbery, home invasion and intimidation.

The men are accused of forcing their way into a home on the 4400 block of Chelsea Avenue at 10:15 a.m. Oct. 6 and, while armed with a gun, using zip ties to restrain two male occupants. The defendants also are charged with threatening to harm a third man in a phone call in which they demanded he pay them $70,000.

Authorities said the crime, which was not random, is related to illegal drug activity.
