Schaumburg police are seeking the public's help in locating a missing man considered in danger because he disappeared without his necessary medication.

Tony Montes De Oca, 52, of Schaumburg, was last seen on Wednesday morning. His family reported him missing Thursday evening.

Cell phone records indicate the possibility of his having been near Mount Pleasant, Wis. Thursday, Schaumburg police Sgt. John Nebl said.

Montes De Oca has never previously been reported missing and his family know no reason why he would go missing.

He requires medication daily and this medication was left at home.

Montes De Oca is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a dark gray T-shirt, a black zip jacket with a red stripe and black track pants.

His vehicle is a black 2000 Dodge Durango with Illinois license plate X422306.

Anyone who may see Montes De Oca or his vehicle is asked to call 911 or the Schaumburg police department's investigation division at (847) 882-3534.
