Suspected murderer/terrorist Maj. Nidal Hasan had it right when he wrote that there is a war going on against Muslims. What he failed to realize is that it is a war of Muslims against Muslims. Witness the Nov. 9 headline; "Pakistan suicide bomb kills anti-Taliban mayor, 11 others." And, "Suicide attack kills 13 at mosque in northern Iraq" (Oct. 16); or the (Oct. 25) horrific story, "147 killed in Bagdad as suicide attack raises security questions."

American troops are on a mission to halt the near daily suicide mass murdering occurring in the Middle East in the name of religion. We need to discover just what form of brainwashing caused Maj. Hasan to believe America had anything to do these and the scores of identical attacks by Muslim fanatics against a Muslims populace going about their daily business of prayer, commerce and municipal government.
