Elgin
• Bond was set at 10 percent of $4,000 Monday for James R. Suseky, 17, of the 6700 block of Nantucket Court, Gurnee, who was arrested Sunday and charged with felony disorderly conduct, police said. He is accused of making a prank 9-1-1 call and is due in court on Nov. 23, reports said.
• Someone broke the driver's side window of a 2007 Toyota Highlander in the 500 block of West Highland Avenue between 2 and 5 p.m. Friday, reports said.
• Someone used a BB gun to shoot out the front and rear driver's side windows on a 2003 Ford Focus at South Channing and Stella streets between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Friday, reports said.
• Twelve manhole frames and 10 cast iron water main connectors, a total value of $430, were stolen at about 8 p.m. Friday from Kimball Street and Grove Avenue, reports said.
• Nine rings, four necklaces and three sets of earrings, a total value of $3,000, were stolen between 7 and 9 p.m. Friday from a home in the 500 block of Lucille Avenue, reports said. A home in the 500 block of Lucille Avenue also was ransacked and $250 cash and $1,390 worth of jewelry stolen between 6 and 11:05 p.m. Friday, reports said. Police are investigating.
• James M. Garner, 40, of the 6300 block of Cherokee Hills Trail, Rockford, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass at 12:24 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Fleetwood Drive, reports said. He is on the banned list for the Buena Vista apartments, reports said.
• A 2005 blue Dodge Durango was reported stolen between 5 and 9:30 p.m. Sunday from the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, reports said.
• Someone punctured four tires on a 1992 Toyota truck in the 200 block of Mulford Drive between 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday, reports said.
South Elgin
• A cabdriver was robbed of $207 at about 4:35 a.m. Nov. 2 at Sundown Road and Martin Drive after two black men flagged him down and threatened him at gunpoint, reports said. No arrests were made and no injuries were reported.
Kane County
• A 20-foot fiberglass boat caught fire about 6:20 p.m. Sunday at Pete's Towing, 15N350 Dundee Ave., in unincorporated Dundee Township. Employees told police they were cutting out the motor when the fire started. No injuries were reported.
• Police found a gray safe and a school bus title belonging to Riley Community Unit School District 18 in Marengo about 10 a.m. Sunday in a stream on the east side of O'Brien Road, north of Melms Road, near Hampshire. The property was turned over to the McHenry County sheriff's office, which is investigating a burglary at the school district, police said.
• A gray-primed pickup truck was seen speeding up and "barreling into" a gaggle of geese about 3:55 p.m. Sunday on Old Barn Road, north of Route 20, in Plato Township, according to a police report. A witness told police the truck, possibly a Toyota, was occupied by two white men in baseball caps. One goose was killed and another was injured, police said.
