Voters are returning three Hoffman Estates park commissioners to the board for four-year terms, while another incumbent was in the lead for a seat late Tuesday.

Voters re-elected Scott R. Triphahn, a board member since 1997; Craig S. Bernacki, an eight-year veteran; and Loretta N. Guiney, on the board since 1997. Board Vice President Kaz Mohan was in line to win the fourth spot. With all 45 precincts reporting, unofficial tallies showed: Triphahn with 1,537 votes; Bernacki, 1,515; Guiney, 1,264; and Mohan, 1,185. Wendell Howell received 1,164 votes.
