A Fox River Grove 18-year-old who'll speak at an inauguration event. An 11-year-old who earned her way to Washington, D.C., by working odd jobs. A teacher making the trip even though she has no ticket.

And a bevy of suburban leaders traveling to a mayors' conference and staying for the inauguration.
