Chicago Bulls try to put positive spin on rebuilding plan as camp opens
It wasn't exactly a festive atmosphere Monday at the Advocate Center for Chicago Bulls media day. Whether or not the rebuilding project pays off in the long run, this season should feature plenty of losing.
