Stevenson 146, Warren 177: At Crane's Landing, freshman Emily Duan fired a 34, and the Patriots broke their home-course record.
The Patriots also got a 35 from Kelly Dong, 38 from Sophia Zhuang and 39 from Joyce Bai.
Chloe Morrissey's 36 led Warren.
Lake Zurich 179, Mundelein 214: At Countryside Golf Course, Bryana Hogan shot a 3-over-par 40 to earn medalist honors and lead the Bears to the North Suburban Conference win.
Alyson Kee added a 43 for Lake Zurich.
Highland Park 174, Vernon Hills 188: At Vernon Hills Golf Course, Grace Im shot a 42 for the Cougars in their Central Suburban League North Division loss.
