Here are the details and odds for Tuesday's NBA Draft Lottery:

When: Tuesday, 6:40 p.m. (ESPN)

Where: Palmer House Hilton, Chicago

How it works: The 14 lottery teams are assigned four-digit combinations based on how they finished in the standings. Lottery balls numbered 1 through 14 are placed in a drum and four numbers are randomly selected to determine the first three picks in the NBA draft. The remaining teams will be lined up based on worst record.

Note: The Lakers' pick goes to Boston if it ends up No. 2-5, otherwise it goes to Philadelphia. Detroit's pick goes to the Clippers unless it is No. 1-4.
