Barrington d. Palatine: Barrington raised its record 10-3 with a 25-23, 25-15 Mid-Suburban West triumph as Michael O'Toole (10 kills), Gabe Hartke (8) and Petar Lumovic led the Broncos' attack.

Lumovic also had 3 blocks. Evan Carroll chipped in 2 blocks while directing the offense with 24 assists as Barington improved to 2-0 in the West.

Kyle Vasquez (8 digs) and Thomas Chapman (6) led the back row. Hartke and O'Toole each served a pair of aces and Lumovic had one.

Buffalo Grove d. Rolling Meadows: The Bison (6-8, 2-0) won the MSL East match 25-20, 25-23 as Brian Franz (9 kills), Ethan Soifer (7) and Clark Haikal (4) led the attack for the Bison. BG setter Kyle Orton collected 11 assists and served 2 aces.

Leading the Mustangs' offense were Arthur Barczak (6 kills), Max Schertler (5) and Braden Muhr (2) while teammate Billy Tompkins served 10-of-11 with an ace. Max Schertler (10 digs) and Billy Psarros (6) led the bak row. Barczak, Muhr and Greg Bouraoui each had 1 block.
