Outlook: The Blazers had won five of their last six overall and seven straight at home heading into Tuesday's road game against the Clippers. Portland's backcourt does most of the damage, with Damien Lillard averaging 25.4 points and C.J. McCollum at 21.5. C Jusuf Nurkic is contributing 14.3 points and 8.0 rebounds. SF Evan Turner was expected to return Tuesday after a short leave of absence. McCollum scored 32 points when the Blazers pulled out a 124-120 overtime win at the UC without an injured Lillard on Jan. 1. The Bulls have won their last two games at Portland.
