Wolves fall to IceHogs in OT

Chris DiDomenico's power-play goal in overtime gave the Rockford IceHogs a 2-1 victory over the Chicago Wolves in Illinois Lottery Cup action Sunday afternoon at Allstate Arena.

The IceHogs (30-24-3-4) took a 1-0 lead on defenseman Cody Franson's goal at 6:29 of the second. The Wolves (33-19-7-2) evened the score on Teemu Pulkkinen's power-play goal with 7:08 remaining in regulation.

Oscar Dansk (7-0-2) saw his seven-game winning streak come to a close despite posting 37 saves. Jeff Glass (11-7-2) picked up the win as he stopped 23 shots.

The Wolves and IceHogs meet again at 7 p.m. Saturday at Allstate Arena.
