Chili and brew in Mundelein
The GLMV Jaycees will host a Chili & Brew Fest, “There’s No Cryin’ in Chili”, from 3 to 10 p.m. Saturday, April 21 at Tighthead Brewing, 161 N. Archer Ave. near the Metra commuter station in Mundelein. Admission is $10 for the fans and $25 for the cookers. All-you-can eat chili, raffles, and activities. Beer tickets and a chance to win cash prizes included in cooker fee. For more information email JayceeChili@yahoo.com. Portions of the proceeds will go to benefit the GLMV Jaycees Scholarship Fund.
