Lisle museum artifacts now online

More than 160 artifacts from The Museums at Lisle Station Park now can be viewed online by people around the world due to a new partnership between Google Arts & Culture and the museum. Thanks to this new virtual exhibition, users will be able to see walk-throughs of each building, the complete Philips Collection, and many other treasures of the museum with just a few clicks at Google Arts & Culture.

Using the Street View feature, people can move around the Museums at Lisle Station Park virtually, selecting works that interest them and clicking to discover more or diving into the high resolution images, where available.

A specially designed Street View "trolley" took 360-degree images of selected galleries that were then stitched together, enabling smooth navigation of over a dozen rooms within the museum.
