Island Lake board to talk chickens, bees
The Island Lake village board will meet Thursday night to discuss creating ordinances that would regulate beekeeping and chicken coops in town.
The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. at village hall, 3720 Greenleaf Ave. The board also is set to adopt a purchasing policy, among other business.
