University Center hosts open house April 11

The University Center of Lake County, 1200 University Center Drive in Grayslake, will hold an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 11.

The event will showcase the more than 130 academic options available from 18 colleges and universities, including completing a bachelor's degree, earning a graduate degree or pursuing professional certificates through evening, weekend, or online study.

Prospective students can meet program representatives to ask questions about curriculum and admission, discuss career paths, and find the right programs.

Tim Panfil, senior director of Graduate Admission & Enrollment Management at Elmhurst College, will present "Wherever You Go, There You Are - Three Keys for Career Success," at 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
