Classical guitarist Nanae Fujiwara to perform in Libertyville Oct. 26
At 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, classical guitarist Nanae Fujiwara will bring a sweet and soulful style to start a new season of classical concerts at the David Adler Music and Arts Center, 1700 N. Milwaukee Ave., in Libertyville. Selections include classical pieces from Spain and Latin America featuring works by Albeniz, Rodrigo, Brouwer and Barrios and will also explore the music of Catalonia, Paraguay and Cuba. Tickets are $20 for general admission, $15 for Adler members and $10 for students and can be purchased online at www.adlercenter.org or by calling (847) 367-0707. Early booking is recommended, as seating in the Adler Center ballroom is limited.
