Community garden now home to farmers market in Fox Lake

The Fox Lake Community Garden now is the home of the Fox Lake Farmers Market.

"We're really excited to use this new setting. This is our community garden green. I think we are going to continue to grow," said Laura Linehan, assistant to the Fox Lake village administrator.

The farmers market is committed to supporting locally grown and produced foods, in an organic garden setting. It features produce and food items from local vendors.

The market at the Fox Lake Community Garden, 17 E. School St., will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. every Tuesday through the month of September.
