Food trucks coming to Lincolnshire

Chefs will descend on Lincolnshire this Friday for the first Food Truck Fridays gathering of 2018. Scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Lincolnshire Corporate Center, 300 Knightsbridge Parkway, the event will feature 12 mobile kitchens serving seafood, tacos, barbecue and other cuisines. Food Truck Fridays will be every other Friday through Aug. 31. Admission is free but food and drinks need to be purchased. Although some seating and tables are available, people can bring their own blankets or chairs to the site. Food Truck Fridays has been a popular seasonal event in Lincolnshire since 2015.
